How We’re Improving the Client Experience

You read that right - we’re completely redesigning and improving the Web Itinerary to ensure a better experience for both you and your clients. 

If you’ve ever wished for more integrated traveller features - to keep your clients engaged with their itinerary at every step of their journey - then you’ll be pleased to know that we’ve heard you and we just introduced step 1: the Web Itinerary 3.0. 

On top of allowing us to add some of the most requested traveller features and functionality, the Web Itinerary 3.0 represents a sleeker, more streamlined itinerary look and feel. With more interactive elements, like expandable drawers, and a fresher look, your clients will love exploring the new client experience. 

How We’re Going to Build with Web Itinerary 3.0

We didn’t build a brand new Web Itinerary just for kicks. With our new client experience, built using React, we have tons of exciting products and features that we’ll be able to start working on in earnest. This is only the beginning, the foundation upon which we’re only going to continue developing some of the most revolutionary itinerary tools.

With our new Web Itinerary, you can expect to see in the future:

  1. More integrated cross-selling and upselling features 

  2. An enhanced the pre-Trip and post-Trip experiences with checklists, pop-ups, and so much more

  3. A whole new world of proposal features and functionality that would only be possible with the new Web View

In Phase 1, your clients will be able to access everything from their itinerary like usual. You may notice a couple things missing, like the map and the calendar, but don’t worry - we’ll be introducing brand new versions of those very soon.
