Umapped was established in 2012 with the simple goal of making travel better for everyone. Our talented and diverse team is headquartered in downtown Toronto inside a historic building, with team members working from around the continent.

Our mission since the beginning has been to enhance the relationship between travel experts and their clients by fostering a more profound and meaningful connection. We collaborate with top travel technology companies to offer a seamless and comprehensive itinerary-building process, delivering exceptional advantages to both travellers and travel advisors.

Umapped was acquired by Flight Centre Travel Group in 2018. FCTG, headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, is among the biggest travel agency groups globally. It has company-owned operations in 23 countries and a corporate travel management network that covers over 90 countries.

Umapped develops and operates a digital travel management platform that helps travel companies engage and communicate with their customers before, during and after their trips. We service leading travel agencies, brands and suppliers across 17 countries and a large customer base in Canada, the US, Australia and New Zealand.

More than 2 million travellers worldwide use our product each year, providing a significant data set to optimize at scale. Umapped is the global travel industry-leading B2B2C trip management technology platform. At Umapped, we continue to evolve our platform connecting every part of a trip for our customers – providing customers with a dynamic travel quote and itinerary experience with a vision to improve the traveller’s end-to-end journey from departure to getting around and exploring the sights of local life.
