FAQs

  • We have announced the discontinuation of Umapped on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The service will officially shut down on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. After this date, the platform will no longer be accessible. We strongly encourage all customers to complete your offboarding process before the shutdown to ensure a smooth transition. 

  • No, you will not be able to access any content after the shutdown date.

  • You can manually export any Trip by printing/saving it as a PDF from within the platform. Library documents can also be downloaded and saved as PDFs individually. 

    If you need a raw data export of current trips and library documents, contact us at support@umapped.com. Please note that raw data exports are provided in JSON format only, which may require technical tools to open or use. 

    We strongly recommend exporting any Trips or Documents you want to retain in a more accessible format (PDF) before October 8, 2025

  • Yes, you can continue to make edits and updates to itineraries through the Umapped Trip Publisher until the shutdown on October 8, 2025. You will not be able to create new itineraries after September 4, 2025.

  • Web View
    Travellers can access their Trip web view links until October 8, 2025. After that date, the links will no longer work. 

    Mobile App
    Travellers can view their Trips in the mobile app until October 8, 2025. After that, the account will be deactivated, and Trips will no longer be accessible through the app. 

  • The Umapped mobile app, including any white-labelled versions, will be removed from app stores on the shutdown date, October 8, 2025. Travellers can view their Trips through the app until that date. Afterward, the app will no longer be available for download or use, and all associated content will no longer be accessible. 

  • Billing for recurring subscriptions was automatically stopped upon the announcement of the service discontinuation on June 5, 2025

    • For monthly subscriptions, no further charges will occur. 

    • For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription (i.e., months remaining after the announcement date and the date of your renewal) will be processed to the original form of payment before the shutdown date, which is October 8, 2025. If you have any questions about your refund, please contact our support team at support@umapped.com.

  • Yes, our Customer Success team will be available until October 8, 2025, to assist you with any questions you may have. You can reach us at support@umapped.com.

  • If you do not offboard and download your data before the shutdown date, your data will no longer be accessible. After the shutdown date, all customer data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention and privacy policies, and it will not be recoverable.

  • Yes. We encourage you to evaluate tools that meet your needs for itinerary management, document sharing, and client communication. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide direct support for transitioning to other platforms.
