Altour members receive a free 30-day Umapped trial.

Upon your first login, after your trial, you’ll be prompted to select a monthly or yearly subscription plan to continue using Umapped. A credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required.
If you don't see plan options or cannot access your account after your trial, email us with your preferred subscription option, and we'll update your account.

At the end of your trial, your account will be deactivated automatically, and you will be unable to access your account. No action is required if you do not wish to proceed with a subscription.
Any travellers on trip itineraries that you’ve created will still have access to their trip details.

You can cancel your Umapped subscription at any time to stop future charges. Please email us at support@umapped.com to cancel your account.
If you are on a monthly subscription, you will have access to your account until your current monthly billing cycle ends.
If you are on an annual subscription, you will have access to your account until the remaining month(s) are complete on your current annual billing. No pro-rated refunds are offered.
