  • Can I import bookings from my GDS or ClientBase ResCards?

    Yes – Umapped includes integrations with ClientBase, Virtuoso Air, Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, Apollo, Worldspan and Centrav. Direct flight bookings from airlines will be available in the future. Please let us know if there are additional system integrations you are looking for.

  • Can I attach other documents to my itinerary (from on-sites, vouchers, etc.)?

    Any PDF or Word document under 3MB can be attached to your itineraries.

  • Is there any destination content in Umapped?

    You have the ability to manage your own destination content in Umapped, import free content from select websites or subscribe to travel42 content where you can search travel42 from your Umapped account. Go to “Plan and Add-Ons” to activate travel42 content.

  • How will my clients access their itinerary? What if they’re not tech savvy?

    When you publish an itinerary to your client, they receive an email with a link to their itinerary online, as a PDF as the free interactive mobile app. You don’t need to be tech savvy but if your clients have any questions, they can contact mobile@umapped.com

  • I’m an independent contractor. Can I include my own branding and still access Preferred Virtuoso content?

    Yes! When you sign up select the Virtuoso host agency in the company list. Please note that access to Virtuoso content will need be approved by an Administrator from your affiliated Virtuoso agency.

  • What if I need help – is there someone I can contact?

    When you’re logged into Umapped, there is a support link at the bottom of your screen where you can find answers to FAQ. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can log a ticket or email support@umapped.com and someone from the Umapped support team will be in touch to help you out.
